Miah Persson, born on May 27, 1969, in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden, is a Swedish soprano singer. She grew up in Hudiksvall, participating in choir singing. She pursued musical training at the Kulturama, Operastudio 67, and the University College of Opera in Stockholm. She made her operatic debut as Susanna in Le nozze di Figaro in 1998 at Confidencen. As a member of the Royal Swedish Opera, she performed notable roles such as Pamina in The Magic Flute, Dorinda in Handel's Orlando, and Sophie in Richard Strauss' Der Rosenkavalier. She also performed at prestigious festivals including Glyndebourne, Salzburg, and Aix-en-Provence. Notable recordings include Mozart Opera and Concert Arias: Un moto di gioia and Portraits.
