Tennessee, a Spanish doo-wop group, was formed in 1978 under the name Elvis Boys by Manuel Caeiro, Roberto Gil, and Gregorio García. The trio began performing in schools and institutes, with Amancio Jiménez joining in 1979. In 1980, they changed their name to Tennessee and started performing in discotheques. Their debut album, Tennessee, was released in 1985 under Dial Discos, followed by Hoy Estoy Pensando En Ti (1986), Esto Es Du-Dua Ding Dong (1987), and Tonto Por Ti (1988). In 1989, they signed with EMI and released Una Noche En Malibú, followed by Llueve En Mi Corazón (1991) and Sueños (1992), selling nearly two million records. After leaving EMI in 1992, the group produced albums under Élite Producciones, including Tennessee Canta a la Navidad. The group reunited in 2004 with El Regreso and later formed Caravana Producciones. Notable releases include Lucky Lips (2013) and Swing & Roll (2009).
