Horsepower Productions, is an English electronic music duo. The group included Benny Ill (born Ben Garner), Jay King, Lev Jnr, Nasis, and four other members. Horsepower Productions released their first singles "When You Hold Me / Let's Dance" in 2000. Their early releases were UK garage in sound but helped pioneer the dubstep genre. In 2002, they released In Fine Style, described as the "origin" or "birth" of dubstep. After a hiatus, Garner returned with Jay King, releasing "Damn It / Kingstep" in 2009 and an LP entitled Quest for the Sonic Bounty in November 2010.
