Old Man Markley is a punk and bluegrass band formed in late 2007 in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles. The group consisted of John Carey, Annie DeTemple, Alex Zablotsky, Jeff Fuller, Joey Garibaldi, Ryan Markley, John Rosen, and Katie Weed. Their debut single, "For Better For Worse", was released in 2010, followed by their first album Guts N' Teeth in 2011 under Fat Wreck Chords. Notable singles include "Party Shack" (2011) and "Blood On My Hands" (2012). The band's subsequent releases included the album Down Side Up, released in 2013, and several EPs such as Moonshine Accident.
