FPI Project was an Italian Italo-house group founded in 1989 by producers Marco Fratty, Corrado Presti, and Roberto Intrallazzi, whose initials formed the group’s name. The quartet was completed by Luciano Bericchia. In 1989, the group released the single “Rich in Paradise” (also released as “Rich in Paradise / Going Back to My Roots”), which featured vocals by Paolo Dini and Sharon Dee Clarke and became a major international hit. The group followed this success with the single “Risky” (1990) and released its debut studio album, Rich in Paradise, in 1991. Subsequent releases include the hit singles “Everybody (All Over the World)” (1991) and “Come On (And Do It)” (1993), as well as the EP The Paradiso E.P. (1992) and the single “Yes, We Could!” (1995).
