Sibel Bilgiç, born Banko Seyhan Sibel Bilgiç on November 1, 1971, in Ankara, Turkey, is a singer and businesswoman. She began her musical journey at a young age, participating in the Müzik Maratonu contest organized by TRT in July 1986. After earning a scholarship to study in the United States, she returned to Turkey and started performing at various venues. Bilgiç's professional music career began with jazz performances at Hilton Ankara Hotel. In October 1996, she released her debut album Alışamadım under Banko Müzik, which featured the hit single "Alışamadım." She also starred in the television series Yalan Dünya, performing its main theme song composed by Aykut Gürel. Bilgiç took a break from music to focus on personal relationships and business ventures, but returned to performing in 2008.
