Anima Morte

Anima Morte, a Swedish rock band formed in Stockholm in 2004 by Fredrik Klingwall, drew inspiration from Italian giallo and zombie movies of the seventies and eighties. The group's debut album, Face the Sea of Darkness, was released in 2007 on Dead Beat Media. In May 2011, their second album, The Nightmare Becomes Reality, entered the Swedish album chart Sverigetopplistan at number 17. Anima Morte has also contributed cover songs to various compilations, including those by French label Musea. The band's discography includes additional albums such as Upon Darkened Stains (2014) and several EPs and split releases.
