Crazy Cavan 'n' The Rhythm Rockers was a British rockabilly group from Newport, Wales, formed in 1970. The band's original lineup included Cavan Grogan on vocals and guitar, Terry Walley on rhythm guitar, Lyndon Needs on lead guitar, Graham Price on bass, and Mike Coffey on drums. The group's breakthrough came in 1973 with their first single "Teddy Boy Boogie", released under their own label Crazy Rhythm. Their debut album, Crazy Rhythm, was released in 1975 on the Dutch label Rockhouse, followed by Rockability in 1976 on Charly Records. This period saw the band gain a growing international fanbase, particularly in Europe. Throughout their career, Crazy Cavan 'n' The Rhythm Rockers released several notable albums including Our Own Way of Rockin' (1977), Live at the Rainbow (1978), and Still Crazy (1979). They continued to perform extensively until Grogan's death on February 15, 2020. The band's influence extended beyond their music, paving the way for other rockabilly acts and bands internationally.
