Marcia Aitken, born circa 1956 in Hannah Town, West Kingston, Jamaica, is a reggae singer known for her work in the late 1970s. While still a student at Excelsior High School, Aitken's breakthrough came when she joined Lloyd Parks and the We the People Band after performing at a school concert. She began recording for Joe Gibbs, focusing on lovers rock. Her rendition of Alton Ellis' "I'm Still in Love With You" (retitled "I'm Still in Love with You Boy") (1977) became a Number 1 hit in Jamaica and achieved success internationally. In 1978, she had another Jamaican Number 1 single with "My Man", a collaboration with Trinity. Her debut album Reggae Impact (1981), was notably produced by Gibbs and Willie Lindo. After retiring from music in 1981, she returned to recording with the 2014 gospel album Conception to Redemption.
