Lapinlahden Linnut

Lapinlahden Linnut, a Finnish band and comedy group, was founded in spring 1983. The group began as buskers, incorporating unconventional instruments like ring binders and empty beer crates into their humorous rock/pop music. Their first album, Lapinlahden Linnut, was released in 1985. The band gained significant attention with their TV series, including Maailman kahdeksan ihmettä, which participated in the Montreaux Rose d'Or festival under the name "Rampton Birds Show: Eight Wonders of the World." Lapinlahden Linnut released several albums throughout their career such as Tyttö Huutaa Hii! (1995). The band held its farewell tour in 2013.
