Adorior, a British extreme metal band from Sutton, was formed in late 1994 by vocalist Melissa Hastings and bassist Chris "Nunravager" Hastings. The duo moved from Northern Ireland to England to establish the group. Their first demo, Beyond the Distant Blue, was released in 1996, leading to a deal with Head Not Found for their debut album, Like Cutting The Sleeping, in 1998. Adorior's second album, Author of Incest, followed in 2005 under Agonia Records. Notable performances included shows with Gospel of the Horns and Axegressor. In 2007, guitarist T. Kaos left and was replaced by Ian "Shrapnel" Gray from Deströyer 666.
