Erik Moll, born September 7, 1948, in Norway, is a singer-songwriter known for his contributions to traditional folk, country, blues, swing, gypsy, tex-mex, calypso, and rock music. He moved to Bergen in 1961, began playing guitar, and writing songs. In the 1960s, he performed locally in bars and venues around Bergen. Moll formed the band Hole in the Wall with Rune Walle in the early 1970s, releasing their self-titled debut album in 1972. He spent four years in California during the mid-1970s, joining bands like Happy Valley and The Remnants. Notable albums include In The Shadow (1994), Most Of All (1998), Come What May (2003), and Many Years to Go (2015). Moll received the Spellemannprisen in the Country category for Many Years to Go.
