Rudens Turku, born 1978 in Tirana, Albania, is an Albanian-German violinist who moved to Germany at fourteen and studied under Ana Chumachenco at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich, graduating with a Meisterklassendiplom in 2004. His career began with recordings such as Beethoven, Saint-Saëns, Bartók (2001) and Duo Fantastique (2003), followed by Brahms, César Franck, Robert Schumann (2005) and Duos for Violin & Cello with Wen-Sinn Yang (2008). He released Homelands (2009), Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy (2010), Sweet Remembrance (2012), Souvenirs (2015) and Jubilee (2020). Turku has performed worldwide, including Wigmore Hall and the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival, and has taught at Feldkirch and Biella since 2016.
