120 Days was a Norwegian rock band formed in Kristiansund in 2001, originally known as The Beautiful People. The group consisted of Jonas Dahl, Arne Kvalvik, Kjetil Ovesen, and Ådne Meisfjord. After changing their name to 120 Days, inspired by the Marquis de Sade's The 120 Days of Sodom, they relocated to Oslo in 2002. The band released two EPs, The Beautiful People (2003) and Sedated Times (2004), before signing with Smalltown Supersound. Their debut album, 120 Days (2006), garnered positive reviews in North American publications. Following a U.S. tour, the band began working on new material for their second album, but announced their disbandment on June 7, 2012, with their final concert taking place in September of that year.
