The Isles, a rock and soul group from New York City, were formed in 2003 by Andrew Geller, Ben Haberland, and brothers Ryan and Tim McCoy. Their debut EP Back to Terrific was released on August 16, 2005, through Binder Records. In the same year, they embarked on their first tour in England. The Isles released their debut album Perfumed Lands on August 7, 2006. Their single "Eve of the Battle" and EP Summer Loans were also released that year.
