Hideko Udagawa is a Japanese violinist based in London. She studied under Nathan Milstein at the Juilliard School in New York and made her debut with the London Symphony Orchestra performing Max Bruch's Violin Concerto at Barbican Hall. Udagawa has performed internationally across 30 countries, collaborating with orchestras such as the Mozarteum Orchestra of Salzburg and the Warsaw Philharmonic. She has recorded for labels including Signum, Nimbus, and Chandos Records, releasing albums like Rachmaninov: For Violin and Piano (2009) and Khachaturian/Lyapunov (2012). Udagawa has also notably performed for dignitaries including the Imperial Highnesses and the Crown Prince and Princess of Japan.
