Shotei Hanevuah, also known as The Fools of Prophecy, was an Israeli musical group formed in 1994 by Roi Levi and Gilad Vital. Initially based in Metulla, the duo began their musical journey under the name Shotey Hanevua, releasing two singles and performing in small clubs in Tel-Aviv during 1995. In 1998, Amit Carmely joined as a full member, followed by Assaf Givati on guitar, Avraham Tal on vocals, and Idan Carmely on drums, completing the lineup. The band's debut album Shotei Hanevuah was released in 2000 under Helicon Records, featuring hit songs like "Ain Ani" and "Fanan". Their second album, Mechapsim Et Dorot, was released in April 2004 and included the hit song "Yedia". In 2005, Shotei Hanevuah collaborated with Izabo on the song "Hu", which won the A.M.I award for Israel's Best Song of the Year. The band disbanded on August 12, 2007.
