Behind the name Don Cavalli lies a French singer and guitarist with a passion for blues and rock'n'roll, Fabrice Cavalli, born in Paris in 1970. From his early love affair with Ray Charles, Bo Diddley, Skip James and co. to a string of self-released albums, Don Cavalli worked on his blues in the evenings, after his job as a hospital gardener. Recognition came in 2007 with the release of the album Cryland and support slots for Ben Harper and The Black Keys. In 2013, with the release of Temperamental, Don Cavalli became one of the biggest names in blues "made in France".
