Kevin Seconds is an American singer and songwriter. In 1979, Seconds founded the hardcore punk band 7 Seconds with his brother Steve Youth. Their first recording was the EP Skins, Brains & Guts (1982), followed by the debut studio album The Crew (1984). Solo albums include Stoudamire (1997) and Heaven's Near Wherever You Are (2001). Seconds collaborated with Matt Skiba on the split album Matt Skiba & Kevin Seconds (2002). Seconds maintains a drug and alcohol-free lifestyle and is a vegetarian.
