Los Hermanos Campos, a Chilean folk duo consisting of brothers Eleodoro and Marcial Campos, were born in Longaví, Región del Maule. In 1935, they began performing together at local restaurants. By 1940, they were performing in Santiago, with their breakthrough coming through appearances on Radio del Pacífico. The duo released several albums throughout the 1960s and 1970s, including Show Con los Hermanos Campos (1966) and Cuequeando (1969). They collaborated with notable artists such as Guadalupe del Carmen and wrote original cuecas. In the 1980s, they performed on popular TV shows and festivals. Marcial Campos passed away in 2010 from cancer, followed by Eleodoro in 2014. Their contributions to Chilean folklore were recognized with awards including the Orden al Mérito Docente y Cultural Gabriela Mistral in 2009.
