Masami Mitsuoka (光岡昌美), born 14 August 1986 in Toyota, Aichi, Japan, is a Japanese singer whose early training in vocal performance led her to debut under her real name with the single "Hana" on 28 November 2007, a track that would later serve as the ending theme for the anime Blue Dragon. In 2008 she released single "last cross" on 17 December, followed by the single "Distance Love / I am" on 6 August, and the single "届かない想い…〜ロード another story〜" on 19 November; these releases established her presence in the electronic‑pop scene. The year 2009 marked a pivotal shift as she adopted the stage name Mizca and issued the single "FREE BIRD" on 11 February, accompanied by the album Black Diary on 28 January, both of which charted within the top 100 of the Oricon singles and albums charts. Her album UFUFU was released in 2010. In 2011 she expanded her discography with the single "1925" (9 March) and "らふぃおら" (15 June). The 2012 album PAST TRUNK (11 January) and the single "LOVE BRACE / innocence" (23 May) continued her output until her final release "say hello good days" on 10 December 2014.
