The Falcon, a Chicago-based punk rock supergroup, was formed in 2004. The band featured members from notable bands such as The Lawrence Arms, Alkaline Trio, and The Loved Ones. Their debut release was the EP God Don’t Make No Trash or Up Your Ass With Broken Glass, which received positive reviews for its unique song titles mimicking The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show. In 2006, they released their first full-length album, Unicornography, known for its fast-paced sound and raspy vocals. The band's lineup evolved over the years, with members like Todd Mohney of Rise Against contributing to early recordings and Dave Hause joining later. Notable songs include "The La-Z-Boy 500" and "Blackout", which was featured in the video game Skate. Their third album, Gather Up the Chaps, was released in 2016. The Falcon's music has been included in various compilations and benefit albums, solidifying their presence in the punk rock scene.
