Margaret O'Leary, known professionally as Meg Lee Chin, was born on March 16, 1960, in Taipei, Taiwan. She is a Taiwanese American singer and sound engineer who began her career while studying at San Francisco State University, where she formed the band Felix Natural. Chin co-founded Teknofear and later moved to London, forming Crunch. In 1990, her home-produced music video for "The Ocean" was featured on MTV Europe. She is known for her work with the industrial supergroup Pigface. Chin released her solo debut album Piece and Love in 1999, which peaked at number 60 on the CMJ Radio 200 chart. In 2000, she released an album of remixes titled Junkies and Snakes. In 1992, Crunch performed in Ukraine after the country's freedom from the former U.S.S.R., marking a significant cultural milestone.
