Huntza, a Basque folk rock band from Bilbao, Spain, formed in 2014. Their name, a Basque word, translates to "ivy" in English. Huntza began performing in local venues and gained initial recognition with their debut single "Harro gaude" on March 8, 2016, followed by the release of "Aldapan gora" in November 2016, which topped several music charts and became the most viewed Basque-language video on a video streaming platform in early 2018. Notable albums include Ertzetatik (2016), Xilema (2018) and Ezin Ezer Espero (2021), the latter featuring notable collaborations such as "17:21" with Julieta Venegas and "Haizeak" with Doctor Prats. In February 2023, Huntza announced an indefinite hiatus starting in 2024, concluding with a farewell concert titled Azkena balitz bezala/Como si fuera el Ășltimo on February 3, 2024, at the Bilbao Arena de Miribilla.
