Endzone, who successfully keeps his real name a secret, has been playing drums since he was a teenager. However, he soon transferred his sense of rhythm to the mixing desk and became a sought-after producer in the German-speaking hip-hop scene towards the end of the 2010s. The sound artist, who was born and grew up in Switzerland but later became successful in the German capital, belongs to the so-called Berlin New Wave: staccato-like banlieu trap backdrops, deep house borrowings and cool lo-fi approaches are part of his basic repertoire. Endzone 2020 became known to a wider audience through his beats for the tracks "Wedding Boyz" and "Keine Zeit" by 65Goonz.
