Carmen Lundy is a jazz singer, multi-instrumentalist, actress, painter, activist and record company executive from the United States. She began her jazz career professionally in New York City in the late 1970s. Her first LP came out in 1985 followed a year later by her second. While maintaining her musical career, Lundy also acted on stage and screen. This included a 1990 CBS pilot musical called 'Shangri-La Plaza'. She continues to write and record music, releasing it on her own Afrasia label.
