Diana Rouvas, born Diana on 29 January 1984 in Sydney, Australia, is an Australian singer whose career began with vocal training at age four and songwriting at eight. Her early exposure to performance led her to relocate to the United States at sixteen, and in 2001 she toured as a backing vocalist with Tina Arena across France and China. In 2006 she represented Australia at the G'day LA celebrations and released the EP Never Said Hello. Her breakthrough came in 2012 when she auditioned for The Voice Season 1, joining Team Keith Urban and reaching the top eight; two of her performances charted in the ARIA Top 30. That same year she released the single "Run" with Damien Leith and later that year issued the album I Can't Make You Love Me (The Voice Performance). In 2014 she released "Heart of Goodbye" under Universal Music Australia, co‑written with Louis Schoorl, before parting ways with the label in 2015. Rouvas returned to The Voice in 2019, choosing Team Boy George and winning the competition on 7 July 2019, after which she released "Wait For No One"; she also competed in Eurovision – Australia Decides with "Can We Make Heaven" in December 2019, finishing seventh.
