Manuel Méndez Lozano, known as Manolo Kabezabolo, and born on February 8, 1966, in Zaragoza, Spain, is a punk singer-songwriter known for his ironic lyrics and distinctive performance style. He began his career performing in local bars, debuting at a friend's bar in Carenas. His first EP, De Empalmada, was released in 1992. In the mid-1990s, Manolo Kabezabolo gained traction with albums like ¡Ya Hera Ora! (1995) and La nueva mayoría (1997). In 1996, he performed at the Doctor Music Festival. After health issues that included a stay in a psychiatric center, he returned to performing with his band Manolo Kabezabolo y los que se van del bolo. His 30th-anniversary album, Si Todavía Te Kedan Dientes Es Ke No Estuviste Ahí, was released in 2014. Manolo Kabezabolo notably received the Special Lifetime Achievement Award at the 16th edition of the Aragonese Music Awards for his three decades of work.
