H & Claire is an English-Welsh pop duo consisting of Claire Richards and Ian "H" Watkins, both former members of Steps. Formed in 2002 following the split of Steps on December 26, 2001, H & Claire quickly gained traction with their debut single "DJ", released on May 6, 2002, which peaked at number 3 on the UK Singles Chart. Their second single "Half a Heart" reached number 8 in August 2002. The duo's third and final single release was a double A-side featuring an original song "All Out of Love" and a cover of Disney’s "Beauty and the Beast", which peaked at number 10 in November 2002. Their debut album, Another You Another Me, was released on November 18, 2002, but it only reached number 58 on the UK Albums Chart. Despite plans to record new material after Richards' wedding, the duo disbanded in 2003 following Richards’ retirement from the public eye. In May 2011, H & Claire reunited with their original group Steps. In November 2020, a collection of B-sides and remix bundles for the album's three singles were uploaded to streaming services to mark the 18th anniversary of Another You Another Me.
