Dead Janitor was born in fight with insomnia. That’s how Braňo Findrik recounts the starting blocks which lead him to his unique genre-bending hypnotic polyrhythms of steel cold electronics. His music explores notions hidden in the dark matter of colliding industrial percussion. Surgery is the word which perhaps best describes his approach to complex melodic structures interwoven within oscillating sub-bass and eerie three dimensional artifacts. His latest full length album ‘Curiosity Killed The Cat’ clearly marks a huge journey since his debut EP ‘The Landscapes are Changing’. This is clear when he takes the stage and his tracks are completely deconstructed and recreated with visceral effect.
