Judy Jacobs Tuttle, known professionally as Judy Jacobs, was born on September 27, 1957, in Lumberton, North Carolina. She began singing at age eight with The Jacobs Sisters and later attended Lee University. Her music career started in 1984 when she sang with the New Harvest singers while attending Lee College. In 1987, Judy Jacobs released her debut album Judy Jacobs: With New Harvest under Pathway Press. Throughout her career, Jacobs has released multiple albums, including No God Like Jehovah (2001) and I Feel a Change (2011). Her work with His Song Ministries and labels such as New Day Records and Daywind Records has been notable. Two of her albums charted on the Billboard Gospel Albums chart: Almighty Reigns, which reached number 16 in November 2005, and I Feel a Change, which peaked at number 33 in 2011.
