Mazzy Star

Mazzy Star are an American alternative rock group from California who have had various formations since 1988 and stints when they were apart. The current line-up features singer Hope Sandoval, keyboard player Suki Ewers, guitarist Josh Yenne and guitarist and percussionist Colm a Cíosóig. Guitarist, pianist and songwriter David Roback, who was in the original line-up, died aged 61 in February 2020. Their albums include 'She Hangs Brightly' (1990); 'So Tonight That I Might See' (1993); 'Among My Swan' (1996) and 'Seasons of Your Day' (2013) plus EPs titled 'Deep Cuts' and 'Still'. Their biggest hit single was 'Fade Into You' (1994), which peaked at number three on Billboard's Alternative Songs Chart.
