Children of the Bong were a British electronic ensemble that formed in the early 1990s. The group was founded by the musicians Rob Henry and Daniel Goganian and are famous for their contribution to the UK's ambient dub scene and for their recordings on the Planet Dog label. They achieved early professional recognition in 1994 after signing with Planet Dog Records and releasing their debut studio recording Sirius Sounds (1994). In April 1994, the ensemble recorded a Peel Session for the BBC Radio 1 broadcaster John Peel. Following the release of their debut album, the group disbanded, with Henry forming the ensembles Euphonic and Deep City. Goganian transitioned to a career in the film and television industry, later serving as the studio director for The Peoples Voice in London. In 2023, the ensemble’s long-lost second studio recording, Not Sirius, was released through Disco Gecko Recordings alongside the compilation Sonic Ambulance.
