Sinner DC

Sinner DC, a Swiss electronic music group from Geneva, was formed in 1994 by Manuel Bravo, Ulf Lindquist, and Julien Amey. The trio released their first two singles, "Moneyhurts" and "Superhate", on vinyl in 1995. Their debut album Dog VS Babysitter followed in 1996 under the Swiss label Noise Product. After releasing Panoramic in 1998 and Ursa Major in 2001, Sinner DC transitioned to a more electronic sound with Steve Mamie joining on percussion and programming in 2001. The group's 2005 album Arkle Parkle Avenue, released by Tritone Records, garnered critical acclaim from specialized press and blogs. Subsequent albums like Mount Age (2006) and Crystallized (2009) further solidified their reputation in the electronic music scene. Their collaboration with the Musée d’ethnographie de Genève resulted in the album MEG/CDG in 2015, which incorporated traditional folk music from various regions.
