Wang Sulong, professionally known as Silence Wang, was born on 17 September 1989 in Shenyang, Liaoning. A prolific Manchu-Chinese singer-songwriter and producer, he has released multiple albums since his 2010 debut, including Dreams Come True (2010), Gravitation (2012), Legendary Movement (2014) and Su-Perfect (2015), evolving from a university internet sensation into a cornerstone of the Mandopop industry. Classically trained at the Shenyang Conservatory of Music, his work spans a vast range of genres, from hip hop to contemporary pop. Throughout his career, Wang has demonstrated significant resilience, overcoming early copyright disputes to co-found his own label, Image Music. He has become a dominant force in the industry, not only through his solo discography but also by composing iconic soundtracks for hit dramas such as The Journey of Flower and Love O2O.
