Gabriel Chodos was an American pianist. He studied under notable instructors, including Aube Tzerko, Leonard Shure, Josef Dichler, and Carlo Zecchi, and earned degrees from UCLA and the Akademie fur Musik und darstellende Kunst in Vienna. His career breakthrough came with a win at the Concert Artists Guild competition in New York. Chodos performed extensively across the United States, Europe, Japan, and Israel, collaborating with orchestras such as the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra of Holland. He recorded works by Schubert, Brahms, and Chopin. Chodos was a member of the artist faculty at the New England Conservatory and the Aspen Music Festival.
