During the first 2020 lockdown 15-year-old GCSE student Asparagus began making EDM tracks in his bedroom using FL Studio. At first, his music was used as the soundtrack for podcasts and powerpoints by his teachers. Now his most popular tracks have thousands of streams on Soundcloud. His dance party track Quake reached #86 in the Spinnin' Records talent pool and was played on BBC Radio Introducing Solent a month after his 16th birthday. Asparagus plays the piano, guitar and violin. He hopes to change the world with his music, but he needs to finish his exams first.
