Fazla is a Bosnian singer. He represented Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Eurovision Song Contest 1993 with the song "Sva bol svijeta", marking the country's first entry after independence from Yugoslavia. Selected through a national final by Radiotelevision of Bosnia-Herzegovina (RTVBiH), Fazla placed second in the qualification round in Ljubljana, Slovenia, securing a place in the final in Millstreet, Ireland. At the Eurovision final, he placed number 16 out of 25 competing countries.
