Mavi Phoenix, born Marlon Nader on September 1, 1995, in Linz, Austria, is a pop musician, rapper, and music producer. Nader began composing music at age eleven using GarageBand software after being inspired by MTV. In 2013, they won the Oberösterreichischer Musikwettbewerb Lautstark! Following high school graduation in 2015, Mavi Phoenix moved to Vienna to pursue a music career and study political science. Their first EP, My Fault, was released in August 2014 as a free download, with the single "Green Queen" gaining significant airplay on FM4. In 2016, the single "Quiet" topped the FM4 charts for weeks and reached number 2 in their annual chart. Mavi Phoenix's second EP, Young Prophet, was released in spring 2017 under their own LLT Records. They have collaborated with artists such as Bilderbuch on tours and supported Milky Chance during their 2020 European tour. In 2019, they won the FM4 Award at the Amadeus Austrian Music Awards.
