Thomas Helland, known professionally as Thom Hell, was born on March 19, 1976 and is a Norwegian artist, songwriter, and producer. His first releases were the EPs Tremendous Sinner (2003) and The While You're Waiting EP (2004). He built early momentum with the backing band The Love Connection for his first two albums and tours. Subsequent releases included Suddenly Past (2012), Six (2014) and Until This Blows Over (2015). Collaborations include contributions to Marit Larsen’s album Under the Surface, which featured a duet with Larsen on "To an End". He earned Norwegian Grammy awards for God If I Saw Her Now and All Good Things.
