Waltteri Torikka, born on August 16, 1984 in Finland, is a Finnish baritone opera singer who began his musical education in local conservatories before debuting on the stage of Helsinki’s National Opera in 2009. His breakthrough came with the 2015 release of the album Sydän, which showcased his lyrical depth and introduced him to a wider audience. He followed with the album Rakkaus in 2016 and Sydämeni Joulu in 2018, a Christmas-themed project that achieved notable chart placement in Finland. In 2020, he released the album Toivo, continuing his exploration of contemporary opera repertoire.
