Take a Daytrip is an American record production and songwriting duo formed by Denzel Baptiste (born January 9 1993 in New York) and David Biral (born February 22 1993 in New York). The pair met at New York University and began producing in 2014, gaining early attention with the 2017 single "Mo Bamba" by Sheck Wes, which reached Number six on the Billboard Hot 100. Their breakthrough continued with "Panini" by Lil Nas X (2019) and "Montero (Call Me by Your Name)" (2021), both topping the Hot 100.
