Sonshine and Broccoli, a Canadian children's music duo from Toronto, Ontario, consists of Lisa Sonshine and Brock Burford. The pair met while attending Sheridan College. Their musical journey began with the release of Sonshine and Broccoli Jam in 2004. They released the 2018 album It’s Cool to Be Kind, which was nominated for Children's Album of the Year at the Juno Awards of 2019. Prior to this, they released Feel the Beat (2010) and It's a Beautiful Day (2015). Following It’s Cool to Be Kind, Sonshine and Broccoli continued their musical output with Hug Life in 2019 and Born to Be Brave in 2022.
