Troubas Kater

Troubas Kater, a Swiss band from Bern, was formed in 2015 by rapper and singer Markus Sollberger, known as QC. The band's unique sound blended elements of pop, hip-hop, and rock with influences from North and South American brass bands, folk, bluegrass, Berner Troubadours, and French chanson. The group initially aimed to perform street music but quickly gained traction after releasing their debut album Verdammte Novämber on October 31, 2015, which led to a nomination for Best Talent at the Swiss Music Award in January 2016. Their second album, Aber morn…, was released on April 7, 2017. Notable songs include "Latvia" (2015), "Säg kes Wort" (2015), "Bi nid so" (2015), "Aus Egau" (2017) and "Tag im April" (2017). Subsequent releases include Iz eifach nid abe luege in 2020 and Karma & Kaviar in 2023.
