Vibracathedral Orchestra is an English drone ensemble from Leeds, formed in 1998 by Mick Flower, Neil Campbell, Julian Bradley, Bridget Hayden, and Adam Davenport. They initially released homemade cassettes before gaining traction with their early recordings, which were self-released on various underground labels such as VHF Records and Giardia. Their debut album Mothing (1998) marked the beginning of a prolific discography that also included the album Copse (1998). Their lineup saw changes over the years, with Bradley leaving in 2004, followed by Campbell and Hayden in 2006. They released albums including Wisdom Thunderbolt (2007), featuring guest appearances from Chris Corsano and Matthew Bower. They performed at notable events such as the Colour Out of Space festival in Brighton in 2008. Their extensive discography includes over thirty albums and several singles.
