Flitox was a French hardcore punk band from Emerainville, Seine-et-Marne. Formed in 1986 by bassist Stéphane Cressend and guitarist Laurent Portes, the band initially included Eric Dagorn on vocals and Philippe Hamelin on drums. Their debut performance occurred at L'Usine de Montreuil in March 1986, followed by their first EP, N° 1. Flitox released their album, Cet Homme Est Mort Il Faut Prévenir La Police, in 1987. The band toured extensively across France and Europe, sharing stages with notable acts. Their second album, Radio T.V Active, was released in 1988. Internal tensions led to Flitox's disbandment later that year. The band reunited for three concerts in Paris in 2008 to coincide with the release of Ce groupe est mort - Necroanthologie 1987-1989, a compilation of their complete recordings issued by Zone Onze Records.
