Yang Hong-won, born on January 12, 1999 in Seoul, is a South Korean rapper. He initially gained recognition under the stage name Young B and rose to prominence by winning the first season of High School Rapper, a popular competition that launched his career in 2017. His debut single "Better Man" was released in 2017, marking his entry into the K-hip hop scene. Yang Hong-won's first extended play, SOkoNYUN, followed later that year, showcasing his lyrical prowess and unique style. He continued to build his discography with the release of his debut studio album, Stranger, on February 16, 2019 under Indigo Music and Kakao Entertainment. This album solidified his position in the Korean hip-hop industry.
