A French quintet revisiting the glory days of stoner rock, Lafayette was born in Los Angeles in 2007 under the impetus of singer and lyricist Nathalie Loriot and bassist Franck Hedin. It was in Paris, however, that the band cut their teeth, giving birth to their first self-titled effort, heavy rock soul seventies, Rock You (2009). However, the band didn't lose heart, and followed up three years later with an album of electrifying garage rock entitled Suzie White Pills.
