Supply Fi is the electronic music project of Illinois native Michael Southard. At a young age, Michael became interested in music production and recording engineering, creating countless albums of esoteric, cross-genre music. He earned a bachelor's degree in music business from Southern Illinois University in 2007 and has continued honing his production and songwriting skills.
The music of Supply Fi is technical and beat driven, but also emotional and atmospheric. Michael also creates ambient music under the name Time Rival, is one half of the duo Amberglow, and collaborates regularly with Running in Slow Motion and Belial Pelegrim. He is CEO and chief mastering engineer for Triplicate Records, runs a monthly radio show on threads Radio called TRIP FM, and is currently working on music for the upcoming Piano Day.
