Sweden's Andreas Johnson (b. 1970) is internationally renowned for his 1999 song "Glorious", taken from the album Liebling. This is the only international excursion of this David Bowie and U2 admirer with a polished pop rock sound. Even in his home country, Andreas Johnson struggled to reach the top of the charts, only returning to the forefront with the album Mr. Johnson, Your Room Is on Fire (2005). Released in 2012, Village Idiot failed to break into the local top ten.
